A bundle [[wiring]] MUST be either a choice of filler, naming by, asks, filled_by and why, where by's plugin asks that capability in its [[ask]] and not each and filled_by provides or speaks it, or a link by name, naming by, to and why; every service it names MUST be a pinned plugin's; and a wiring of any other shape, an ask without filled_by among them, MUST be refused naming the wiring.

The default bundle MUST be bundle/bundle.toml at schema = 2, as the bundle contract states it (ARCH-R265, ARCH-R266); and the catalogue MUST hold each pinned plugin's tree, copied byte for byte from the pinned revision, at bundle/plugins/<id>/ (ARCH-R267).

The train MUST tag the repository of each first-party plugin that builds an image at the core's version before it tags the core's release, MUST NOT tag one that builds none, and MUST NOT tag any at a pre-release's tag. Once the plugin's manifest names what that tag published, the train MUST move the plugin's pin and copy in the catalogue's bundle with one rolling pull request. The bundle MAY pin a first-party plugin that builds no image by revision and tree digest alone, with no release. The core's release tag MUST embed the bundle at a catalogue commit whose bundle pins every first-party plugin that builds an image at that version, and none of them by revision alone. A pre-release MAY embed a bundle that pins a first-party plugin that builds an image by revision alone, and MUST NOT record the bundle pin, or anything else, as an unmet goal: a pre-release with an unmet goal is refused (OPS-R66).

The ids, published ports and proxy hostnames of every service a pinned plugin declares, assembled and installed alike, and every hostname the proxy's configuration in its copy answers on, MUST be reserved; a service of any other plugin taking one MUST be refused naming it and the plugin holding it, except a first-party service whose replaces names that id.
