The requirement

ARCH-R315 — A [[secret]] declaring minted = true MUST have its value made by lemonfiber at install, before any service of the plugin first starts, as 32 lowercase hexadecimal characters from the operating system's random source, held in the secret store as <plugin id>:<secret id>, journalled by fingerprint (ARCH-R276) and never shown; one whose of names no service of the plugin, or named by a capture, MUST be refused naming the secret; where the plugin's service replaces a reserved id whose credential lemonfiber reads from that service's configuration, the move MUST file that value under the secret once and MUST NOT mint one; and plugin record and a proof MUST mint a throwaway value for their own run.
