The requirement
ARCH-R194 — In pinned, the program MUST make its own certificate for LEMONFIBER_NAMES, valid for ten years, MUST print its fingerprint at every start as SHA-256 over its DER encoding in lower-case hex, MUST NOT renew it, and MUST replace it only on the operator's command or when LEMONFIBER_NAMES changes, saying at start that every client must be given the new fingerprint.
